Dress was purchased Worth Avenue Palm Beach in the late 70s. Has a slightly darker floral print. Falls just past the knee and has ~4 slit on either side. A tie belt is a separate piece and can be tied anywhere around your waist or not at all. The tie straps can also be adjusted to fit your size.
