This vintage (60s/70s?) Periphery Designed by Arthur Williams piece is a long sleeve maxi dress in a peasant style with white, bloused sleeves with elastic cuffs, a faux patchwork bodice & skirt (in a multicolor mix of bold colors), a white, gathered faux blouse look at the chest, pockets on the skirt, gathered a-line skirt, zippered back closure, & pearl buttons under the bust.
